(7) Juridical links with other areas of China
The Hong Kong SAR shall in accordance with the law of the Hong Kong SAR render reciprocal juridical assistance to other areas of China.
(8) Reciprocal juridical assistance
The Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China shall assist or authorise the Hong Kong SAR Government to make appropriate arrangements for reciprocal juridical assistance with foreign states.
(9) Legal practitioners
On the basis of the system previously operating in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong SAR Government shall on its own make provision for
lawyers and lawyers from outside the Hong Kong SAR to work and practise in the Hong Kong SAR.
