To cope with the historical mission of the delegation to London, we have drafted a declaration in support of this movement to ask the Hong Kong and British Governments to take full account of public views and to introduce direct elections in 1988. Please collect signitures from your college or association and send them to HONG KONG LINK before 9 December. We will submit the collected signitures to the British and Hong Kong Governments during the delegation's visit in Britain.
We enclose herein newspaper cuttings from press in Hong Kong and Britain for your reference and posters of the open forum, please do help to post them up.
