Amend the Extradition (Hong Kong) Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title.
1.
This Ordinance may be cited as the Extradition
(Hong Kong)(Amendment) Ordinance 1986.
Amendment of

The principal Ordinance is amended, in the
(a)
by deleting the penultimate paragraph; and
(b)
in the final paragraph, by deleting as SO
extended, in the Colony" and substituting the
following
