From what I can gather it was unusual for transcripts to have been sent to the FCO at that time. If you are successful in locating the papers would you let me know what your interest in the case was.
I realise that this request may cause
difficulties because of the lapse in time involved. However, every effort is made to deal with Fetitions as expeditiously as possible and I would be grateful if you could consider this matter in that light.
