Article 6 da

1. Any Contracting State may. by declaration made at the time of deposit of
its instrument of ratidication or accession. designate the territory or
territories for whose international relations it is responsible and to which
the Convention will apply.
2. An any time thereafter. any Contracting State may. by declaration. extend
the application of the Convention to one or more territories for whose
international relations it is responsible.
3. A declaration of extension within the meaning of paragraph 1 or 2 shall
take effect on the first day of the third month following its notification in
accordance with the Article 68. /unless a Contracting State declares expressly
that it does not accept that such declaration becomes operative in respect to

it/
4. Any declaration made pursuant to the preceding paragraphs may be withdrawn
by notification addressed to the /depository. The withdrawn shall take effect
on the first day of the sixth month following receipt of the notification by
the /depository/.
