THE STAMP DUTY (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1986
(No. 21 of 1986)
This Ordinance implements proposals in the 1986 Budget to exclude from the charge to stamp duty Hong Kong bearer instruments issued in respect of loan capital and in respect of unit trusts investing only in loan capital.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
