On 3 December 1985, after considering memorandum XCR (85) 236, the Council advised and the Governor ordered :
the Buildings
(a) that, under section 38 of
Ordinance (Chapter 123), the Building (Administration)
(Amendment)

Regulations 1985 and the Building (Oil
Installations)

(Amendment)
the
Storage Regulations 1985. as annexed to memorandum, should be made; and
(b) that the Council should be informed 'whether any further fee revision exercises are still outstanding in the Buildings Ordinance Office.
Present position

The Director of Building Development has since been consulted and confirmed that current exercises to revise fees payable under the Buildings Ordinance and Regulations, as recommended by the Finance Branch, have been completed, and there
