The Embassy would be glad to know if their perception of the
position as regards holders of Cartes de Séjour with a validity of 10 years being entitled to a Titre de Voyage is correct or not. If there are any difficulties in this regard
the situation will be referred to the Government of Hong Kong
for their consideration.
