PUS'S LUNCH WITH SIR BRIAN CUBBCH, MONDAY 15 SEPTEMBER
1. The PUS will be giving lunch to Sir Brian Cubbon on Monday 15 September.
2. I should be grateful if you, and the other copy recipients of this ainure, could consider what points the PUS may need to make to Sir Brian, and of what points he should be aware before he sees Sir Brian, and let me have short notes of those points by 1800 on Thursday 11 September. Wherever possible the notes should draw an existing material.
Mr Barrington will be commissioning briefing separately from the Departments which he supervises.
