1. Following the Business Statement on 24 April Members raised the following points:

Mr Kinnock requested a statement by the Defence Secretary clarifying information about the bombing raid on Libya. Mr Biffen agreed to refer the matter.
Mr McNair-Wilson asked for a debate on the Anglo-Irish Agreement. Mr Biffen agreed to refer the matter to the Northern Ireland Secretary.
Mr Ron Brown requested a debate on the subject of compensation for victims of the bombing of Libya. Biffen rejected the suggestion.
Mr
Mr Robert Wareing and Mr Jonathan Aitken requested a foreign affairs debate. Mr Biffen agreed to refer the points made and consider through the "usual channels".
