ANSWER
The representations made by the Hong Kong Legislative
Council are still being given careful consideration,
and no decisions have yet been taken. The timing
of the announcement of eventual decisions will
involve several factors, among them the programme for
the Order, which will depend on the Parliamentary
timetable. This has yet to be arranged through the
usual channels.
