The Council ADVISED and the Deputy to the Governor
(a) that, in principle, RTHK should
remain
within
the public
service as an executive arm of
Board of Governors appointed
by the Governor and subject to
the
financial
administrative
and
arrangements
proposed in paragraphs 5 to 19
of the memorandum but that the
proposals in paragraph 8 of the
memorandum should be modified
as set out in paragraph
below;
