such advertisements can only be

broadcast en bloc;

such advertisements should only be

inserted in intervals between

programmes;

only two blocs, each of 15 minutes,

are permitted in any 24 hour period

and that these must be between 2

a.m. and noon;

such advertising should be excluded

from the overall hourly and daily

limit of non-programme material;

such advertisements should contain

only still pictures and that each

should not exceed 15 seconds in

duration; and

(vi)

a voice-over/music should be

permitted.
