that the decisions
on cable
television
should
now
be
published
but
that
other
decisions
should
not
be
publicised until the Council has
taken a view on satellite
television,
television
advertising and other aspects of
the Board's recommendations;
(k) that, in the future public
presentation of the Government's
response to the Review Board's
recommendations,
reference
should
be
made
to
the
recommendations
which had been
accepted to be followed by
reference
to
those
other
recommendations which had been
approved with qualifications,
those which had not been
supported by public opinion and
those which
which had been overtaken
by events; and

that,
in
the
public
presentation, attention should
be drawn to the additional
competition
