as may be prescribed and prohibiting the
exhibition in Hong Kong of any such advertisement
which does not include such warning; and
(m)
provide for the better carrying into effect of
the provisions of this Ordinance.
(2) Any regulations made under subsection (1) (b) may
provide for
-
(a) the forfeiture of any deposit to the Crown; and
(b)
the waiver, remission, reduction or refund of any
deposit.
(3) Any regulations made under subsection (1)(e) may
provide for a fee to be fixed at a level which provides for
the recovery of expenditure incurred or likely to be
incurred by the Authority in the discharge of his functions
under this Ordinance and need not be limited by reference
to the amount of administrative or other costs incurred or
likely to be incurred in the discharge of such functions.
