Authority may exempt advertising material from
examination.
21. (1) The Authority may exempt any advertising
material submitted under section 20, without first
examining it if it is, in his opinion, of a class or
description that is for the time being suitable for
exemption.
(2) An exemption under this section shall be subject
to such conditions, if any, as the Authority may impose.
(3) No fee shall be payable for an exemption under
this section.
(4) Where the Authority exempts any advertising
material under this section he shall issue to the person
who submitted the advertising material a certificate of
exemption in the prescribed form.
(5) The Authority may revoke a certificate of
exemption issued under this section in respect of any
advertising material by notice in writing served either
personally or by registered post on the person whom the
certificate was issued, if -
