Made by the Governor in Council under section 18
Citation.
1.
These regulations may be cited as the News
Agencies Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1987.
Amendment of
regulation 2. (Cap. 268,
sub. leg.)
2.
Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is
amended by deleting "the Colony" and substituting the
following
-
"Hong Kong".
3. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is
Amendment of regulation 4.

amended
(a)
by deleting "Schedule, Form." in the marginal
note and substituting the following
-
"Schedule, Form 1."; and
(b) by deleting "the Form in the Schedule to these
regulations" and substituting the following
