(3) Subject to section 8(3), the Tribunal shall not be

required to give any reasons for any interim classification

but may give guidance to the applicant in relation to the

article submitted.

15. (1) Where the Tribunal makes an interim

classification any person mentioned in section 13 may

(a) within 5 days of that interim classification taking

effect; and

(b) by notice in writing in the prescribed form to

the Registrar,

require the Tribunal to review that interim classification

at a full hearing.

(2) At a full hearing of the Tribunal under this Part

(a) any person mentioned in section 13(1) and the

Attorney General may appear; and

(b)

any magistrate and any adjudicator shall be

competent to sit as part of the Tribunal
