requires perfecting) gives an idea of the set of play. Also attached are copies of papers given me by Mr. Matsuura setting out in outline current Japanese assistance to HKU and the Chinese University respectively.

Further attached is, for illustration, a copy of the
agreement signed recently between the Japanese and the Government
of PNG regarding language lab equipment.
