Executive must be a Chinese National;

Permanent resident of Hong Kong is one who has lived there for seven years.

(iii) According to law on Chinese nationality if one

of the parents is a Chinese national those born

in Chinese Territory are Chinese Nationals. In

accordance with Chinese Law more than 90% of

Hong Kong people are Chinese Nationals. In this

regard holders of BDTC or BNO are still Chinese

Nationals.

How would you regard someone having an Australian or USA passport? As a Chinese National?

This question is rather complicated for people who have acquired dual nationality. Under such circumstances if we claim other nations nationals as ours there may be objections. So if a person holds the passport of another country and is regarded by that country as its citizen, we would not regard him as a Chinese National.
