AECS Visit to Peking
We have, I believe, forwarded to you the formal records of meetings between AECS officials and Ji Pengfei and Lu Ping. I now enclose, for your amusement, a copy of a "Diary of a Visit to Beijing" by the leader of the delegation, John Walton Masters. As you will see, this is rather idiosyncratic! It does not need me to point out to you that we took the Diary with a large pinch of salt.
