Third Schedule.
(3) There shall be substituted' for the title of
the enactments listed in the first column of the
Third Schedule the new title specified opposite
thereto in the second column thereof, wherever
occuring
(Cap. 132.)
(a) in any Ordinance other than this Ordinance
or the Public Health and Urban Services
Ordinance; and
(b)
in any instrument, notice, form, contract or
legal proceeding made or commenced before 1
April 1986.
Transitional provisions
concerning
agreements.
33.
(1) Any agreement in force immediately
before 1 April 1986 which was
-
(Cap. 132.)
(a) entered into by the Director of Regional
Services on behalf of the Government as the
Authority under section 79A of the Public
Health and Urban Services Ordinance and
which relates to the renting of a stall in
a market; or
