The above-petitioner, presently serving his sentence in Qiu kư Toychiatric Centre, hao submitted a petition via the Commissioner of Correctional services to the Governor-in-Council against the continuance of a dospital order,

The petitioner van convicted for the offence of assault with intent to rob and was sentenced to tus years' imprisonment on 1 bet ber, 1:40. He lodged an apenl against conviction on 15ctober, 120.
His appeal was allowed with conviction qunched. Jnstood, he was ordered to be cotained in Siu Lon Loychiatric Centre for treatment under a dospital order under section 45 of the Tenntal Health Ordinance Cap. 136 on 6 March, 1.01.
Prior to the present offence, he had been ordered to le detained in Miu Las vejchiatric entra for a period of t'roo months under ocpital. Urder Jection 45 of Tertal Health Srdinance in connection with an offence of Abbnining Pecuniary Advantage by Deception in 1979'.
