schizophrenia and if released and did not have treatment his
condition would deteriorate.
FINDINGS 1. That the Petitioner is still suffering from
schizophrenia which is major psychotic illness
and the prognosis in his case is poor.
2. That the Petitioner would be dangerous to
other members of the public if released.
3.
That the Petitioner is a mentally disordered
person with no insight into his mental illness
and that he is neither medically nor socially
fit to resume life outside an institution such
as that in which he is now detained.
RECOMMENDATION
In the result, this Tribunal recommends to your
Excellency that the Petition be dismissed.
