PUBLIC HEALTH AND MUNICIPAL SERVICES ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 1986

Citation and
commencement.

1. This order may be cited as the Public Health
and Municipal Services Ordinance (Amendment of Third
Schedule) Order 1986 and shall come into operation
immediately after the commencement of the Public
Health and Urban Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1986.
Amendment of Third Schedule.
(Cap. 132.)
2. The Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance
is amended
C
(a) in the item relating to section 104(1) by
deleting "Urban Council" in the second
column and substituting the following
J
(b)
"Governor in Council";
in the item relating to section 104(3) by
deleting "Urban Council" in the second
column and substituting the following
-
"Director of Buildings and Lands"; and
