The Fourth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is
(a)
under the sub-heading "Public pleasure
grounds (other than bathing beaches)
-
(i) above the sub-sub-heading "The Island
of Hong Kong" insert the sub-sub-heading
"Urban Council Area"; and
(ii) by deleting the sub-sub-heading
"New Territories" and substituting the
following
-
"Regional Council Area"; and
(b) under the sub-heading "Bathing beaches"
(i) by deleting the sub-sub-heading "Urban
areas" " and substituting the following
"Urban Council Area"; and
