"(6B) Any sum which the Regional
Council is entitled to recover under
the provisions of this Ordinance may be
recovered by the Director of Regional
Services summarily as a civil debt due
to the Regional Council or as a simple contract debt due to the Regional
Council in any court of competent
jurisdiction.".
19.
Section 131(1) of the principal Ordinance is
amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "urban areas"
and substituting the following
"Urban Council area"; and
