by deleting the definition of "New Territories";
(b)
by inserting after the definition of "public
table tennis saloon" the following definition
""Regional Council area" has the
meaning assigned to it in
(Cap. 366.)
the District Boards Ordinance; ";
(c) by deleting the definition of "Secretary for
District Administration" and substituting
the following definition
(d)
(Cap. 366.)
""Secretary for District Administration"
includes the Regional Secretary
(Hong Kong and Kowloon), the
Regional Secretary (New Territories)
and any district officer;"; and
by deleting the definition of "urban areas" and substituting the following definition

""Urban Council area" has the
meaning assigned to it in
the District Boards Ordinance; ".
