8. Finally, we do not seem to have had copies of the exchange of letters between the Secretary of State and the Home Secretary which you mention in paragraph 5 of your letter. I wonder if you could arrange for these to be sent to us? We of course have a continuing need to see such papers dealing with refugee issues if we are to make the most of our regular contacts with UNHCR.
