Pursuant to the High Commissioner's letter dated 9 October 1986, I have the honour to transmit herewith the list of the Delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the discussions on the Orderly Departure Programme which will be held on 3rd November 1986. The Delegation will be in Geneva from 29 October to 4 November.
I should like to draw your attention that in place of Vice-Minister Hoang Bich Son, Mr. Vo Van Sung, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs will be leading the Vietnamese Delegation.
