The Advisory Committee recommends that the Executive Committee of the High Commissioner's Programme approve the allocations and financial targets. for 1986 (revised) and for 1987 as proposed by the High Commissioner in Schedule A of his report (A/AC.96/677, Pt. I, paras 1.18.1 to 1.18.5).
