Sra de Burgos appears to run a very efficient office and she claims to have good relations both with the Ecuadorean Government and the refugees themselves. She also appeared to be dedicated to her work. She is responsible for all the coordinating and interviewing, together with the financial aid and she reports back to the UNHCR office headed by Sr Rolf Guldberg in Lima.
