BRIEF 5(g): AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES OF PROCEDURE
LINE TO TAKE

Agree proposed amendments.
2.
Given that there is only one formal EXCOM each year
the "first" before "regular session" in Rule 10 is
tautological and could be deleted.
BACKGROUND
3. Contained in Reference A. We see nothing
controversial in the proposed amendments and hope they
can be adopted without a fuss.
