VIETNAMESE REFUGEES IN HONG KONG: RESETTLEMENT IN FINLAND
1. Your letter of 14 October refers. I have spoken to Seppälä, reiterating our thanks and offer of help in pre-selection of refugees. As yet he knows no more than that he is likely to visit Hong Kong next March or April; according to newspaper reports, quotas for next year's refugees are likely to be decided in the next few weeks.
