Before we start looking at the vast number of poeple who want to ❤me into this country, I would like to raise my concern about an Jually large number of Soviet Jews who are not allowed to emigrate from the Soviet Union. The Soviet government, of course, intensifying its persecution of Jewish Citizens at a time when Jewish emigration is at an all-time low. And if I'm not mistaken, nearly one-half of the current Jewish prisoners of conscience have been incarcerated since Mr. Gorbachev became General Secretary.
