Briefs should be in final form with Points to Make on pink and Essential Facts on white. They should not be numbered and should be headed as this minute. Six copies of all briefs please to me by lunchtime on Friday 30 May or earlier if possible.

WED will be writing a short steering brief for the meeting. If you wish your subject to be given particular attention please provide suitable language for the steering brief, by telephone if preferred, by the same deadline.
