Our approaches have, in fact, produced some 1,000 new places worldwide, though an increased outflow from Vietnam has not presented any significant diminution in the number of refugees in Hong Kong. You can assure your constituent that we shall continue to explore all possible means of solving the sad and intractable problem presented by the refugee population in Hong Kong.
