The High Commissioner will be accompanied on his official programme by Mr Volfing, Ms Cappelli and Mr Adams.
Miss I Khan, Deputy Representative in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, will be present at some of the meetings and functions.
The High Commissioner looks forward to reviewing various refugee situations, in particular South East Asia, including Hong Kong, the Horn of Africa, Uganda and the Sudan, Southern Africa and Pakistan.
At the Overseas Development Administration the High Commissioner will in particular wish to review the financial difficulties facing UNHCR.
In the Home Office the High Commissioner looks forward to discussing different initiatives at political level to address the issue of arrivals of asylum seekers in Europe with special emphasis on the situation of asylum seekers in the United Kingdom, including increased family reunion from Hong Kong.
