The FUS will be giving lath to Sir Brian Cubbon on Monday 15 September.

I should be grateful if you, and the other copy recipients of this minare, ezld consider what points the PUS may need to make to Sir Brian, and of what points he should be aware before he sees Sir Brian, and let me have short notes of those points by 1800 on Thursday 11 September. Wherever possible the notes should draw on existing material.
3. Mr Barrington will be commissioning briefing separately from the Departments which he supervises.
