VIETNAMESE REFUGEES IN HONG KONG

(General) Seriously concerned about 8,700 Vietnamese
refugees still in Hong Kong. UK and Hong Kong are accepting
more refugees, as are several friends and allies. Pressing
others to do more.

Finland (50), Australia (200), New Zealand (19), Canada (50)
have agreed to take more refugees from Hong Kong.
