In accordance with Section 13A(1) of the Immigration Ordinance, permission is hereby given to you to remain temporarily. in Hong Kong as a refugee pending resettlement elsewhere, or departure from Hong Kong.

While you remain in Hong Kong as refugee pending departure, you are to be confined in a specified refugee closed centre and subject to a Condition of Stay that you shall comply with any rules made under Section 13C of the Immigration Ordinance..
3.
You are also subject to a Condition of Stay that, if an offer of resettlement overseas is made to you, you shall not without reasonable excuse fail or refuse to accept the offer, nor to comply with any requirement necessary for the completion of the resettlement procedure.
