7. Details of rescues made during the review period are attached in Annex Since most RASRO rescues occurred in October, details on submissions made under PASEO for this period will be included in the next Quarterly Report. Statistics are subject to future revision as further information on rescues and arrivals becomes known to UNHCR; however, a thorough revision of statistics has been made for 1985 and the totals recorded in Annex 1 are not likely to change much if at all in future reports.
8. To date, six months into the RASKO schema, 955 places have been utilised from the pool. Since rough weather in the South China Sea during the pecivo November -- March greatly reduces the number of people leaving Vietnam by boat, and correspondingly reduces the number of rescues, there is every likelihood that part of the 1985-6 pool will be carried over into 1986-7, with appropriate "credits" made to individual quotas.
