ESTIMATED BUDGET FOR 1986 OPERATIONS 3.3 The Malaysian Red Crescent intends maintaining its health and welfare services on Pulao Bidong as also at Marang and Sungei Besi while enhancing its educational programmes. In addition to the Health and Sanitation projects involving the reconstruction and/or repair, particularly of the housing, shower and sewerage systems, for which only part of the full estimated costs could be absorbed by UNHCR, the Health and Welfare services will continue to be provided by the RC Medical Team in Pulao Bidong and Social Workers in Pulao Bidong, Marang & Sungei Besi.
