Thank you for your letter of 18 March.
We had of course already notified UKMIS Geneva of HMG's contribution to the League's appeal for the Vietnamese boat people. I have however since spoken to Delia Walker in UKMIS Geneva about the points in your letter, and have asked her to have an informal word with LRCS so that some publicity can be gained for the work of the Hong Kong Red Cross.
