(a) The spouse, parent or child of a Japanese
national
(b) The spouse, parent or unmarried child
(including adopted child) of an alien who lawfully
resides in Japan, who is recognized as being capable
of living in mutual support
(c) The relative accompanying one who comes
under the above-mentioned (a) or (b), and is
considered necessary to be permitted to enter
Japan specifically for humanitarian reasons based
on family circumstances.
