The Council considered memorandum XCC(86)22.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
(a) that, as
а result of the
additional resettlement
places
received as a result of HMG's
initiative, Hong Kong should
begin to accept 20 ethnic
Chinese
refugees
for
resettlement each month up to a
maximum of 250 on the basis of
the
criteria
set
out
in
