ANNEX TO XCR (86)1
Amend the Labour Tribunal Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
Short title.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Labour
Tribunal (Amendment) Ordinance 1986.
2.
Section 39 of the principal Ordinance is
Amendment of section 39. (Cap. 25.)
amended
(a)
in subsection (1) by deleting "at such
rate as may be prescribed" and substituting
the following
"at the rate specified in subsection (4)";
(b)
in subsection (3) by deleting "at such
rate as may be ordered by the tribunal" and
substituting the following

"at the rate specified in subsection
(4)"; and
(c) by inserting after subsection (3) the
