THE LABOUR TRIBUNAL (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1986
(No. 5 of 1986)
This Ordinance amends section 39 of the Labour Tribunal Ordinance to provide for an award of the Tribunal to carry interest automatically from the date of its award, at the same rate as that prescribed by the Chief Justice in respect of judgment debta in the District Court.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
