The United Kingdom Government recently transmitted to the Director General of the International Labour itar Organisation the United Kingdom Instrument of Ratification BERMin respect of International Labour Organisation Convention No 126 concerning the accommodation on board fishing vessels. A copy of this Convention is attached.

register of shipping, then presumably you have local laws which regulate the shipping on your register. If there is no register the presumption must be that United Kingdom law still governs such matters and you would not therefore be considered self-governing concerning the subject matter of this Convention.
