Explanatory Note
(This Note is not part of the Order)
This Order confers on the Legislature of Hong Kong the
power to repeal or amend enactments of the United Kingdom, insofar
they are part of the Law of Hong
Kong, which relate to civil aviation, merchant
shipping or admiralty jurisdiction and to make laws
having extra-territorial operation in these fields.
